Sparkling wine made in the traditional method from Spain,Conca Del Riu Anoia.
‘’de Nit’’ is a blend of grape varieties Macabeu , Xarel·lo , Parellada and Monastrell . The grapes come from 3 different fincas: La Plana, La Barbera and El Llac. The Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes grow on clay and slate soil on La Plana. The Parellada grape variety grows in La Barbera and the Monastrell variety in El Llac. All three fincas work with ecological guidelines.
The harvest is done entirely by hand and after being transported to the bodega, the grapes are first gently pressed. The first fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The different grape varieties are processed separately from one another. Once blended, the wine is bottled, where it ferments and matures for 15 months.
A pale, subdued and elegant pink color with clean, pure and almost crystalline aromas of light citrus, red flowers, white fruit, and a touch of cassis. The clean nose evolves with a smooth, voluminous and fruity texture, pleasant freshness and fine bubbles. Driven by a very good balance.
